The Scientific Council of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj holds its eighth session for the academic year 1443 AH

The Scientific Council of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in Al-Kharj held its eighth session for the academic year 1443 AH on Wednesday 12/09/1443 AH corresponding to 13/04/2022 AD under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Nidal Addas The Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research - Chairman of the Scientific Council - where the President of the Council began the meeting, praise be to God and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, then the Council proceeded to discuss the topics on its agenda. The Scientific Council issued a number of decisions regarding:

First) A recommendation to approve the appointment of three faculty members as assistant professors at the university, and they are:

Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Ahmed Hegazy, Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, College of Applied Medical Sciences in Al-Kharj.
Dr. Saud bin Abdullah Aboudi, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, College of Medicine.
Dr. Firas bin Abdul-Qader Muhammad Al-Halabi, Department of Dental Repair, Faculty of Dentistry.

Second) Approval of the promotion of two faculty members to the rank of professor, and they are:

Dr. Hisham bin Jumaa Muhammad Abdul Wahed, Department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Human Studies in Al-Kharj.
Dr. Mashari bin Ayyad Al-Osaimi, Department of Chemistry, College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Kharj.

Third) Approval of the promotion of three faculty members to the rank of associate professor, and they are:

Dr. Abdul Rahman Shaik, Department of Accounting, College of Business Administration, Al-Kharj.
Dr. Asmaa bint Ali Al-Mozan, Department of Arabic Language, College of Education in Al-Kharj.
Dr. Fahd bin Shuhail Al-Alawi, Department of English Language, College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Kharj.

Fourth) Approval of the formation of two arbitration committees to arbitrate the scientific production of two faculty members applying for promotion to the rank of professor.

Fifth) Recommending the approval of transferring the services of a number of faculty members (English Language majors) at the Applied College in Al-Kharj to the English Language Department at the College of Science and Human Studies in Al-Kharj according to the new structure of the university.

In conclusion, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Nidal Addas congratulated the appointed, promoted and transferred faculty members and wished them and everyone more success and success.
